Job Description
Candidate would be responsible for
Driving the recruitment activities across Bands
Reducing attrition and strengthening relationship with employees with the help of best HR processes and systems in the branch.
Strong interface with Head Office HR for :
Building a strong employee databank / MISs for generating regular reports for Sr. Management.
Rolling out OD initiatives
Executing Policies and processes
Managing all statutory compliances
Joining & Induction process
Payroll management
Exit interviews and analysis on the attrition
Vendor Management
Desired Profile
Full time MBA ( HR ) with minimum 6 -10 years of experience in recruitments, Compensation & benefits, Payroll Management, HR Audit, Statutory compliance and PMS . With experience in the following:
Bulk hiring experience is a must.
Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of HR policies & systems.
Exposure to Compensation & Benefits, PMS, HR Operations. Be able to see the larger picture of PMS inputs.
Should have in-depth knowledge in systems, policies, competency mapping and compensation & benefits.
Should be dynamic and have excellent communication and presentation skills proven leadership skills, Innovative thinking ability.
Should have interacted with the Top Talent or the Vertical Heads of the organization.
Holding a Manager role/team handling role for at least 2 years.
