Skills Required:

VACANCIES

1. SENIOR ARCHITECT AND PROJECT ARCHITECT:

• Five years professional degree in Architecture (additional degree in Planning is a bonus).
•Proficiency in Revitt -AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Minimum 10 and 5 years experience respectively in Education I commercial architecture and Planning including experience in commercial interiors,
• Proven ability to work in all areas of the profession from the early stages of Master Planning, Programming and Schematic design to Construction Documentation and Specifications.
• Ability to convert a set of drawings and specifications into Bill of Quantities and bidding documents, desirable.



2. Project Manager / Construction Administrator:



• Professional degree in Construction I Engineering / Architecture.
• Proficiency of AutoCAD Primavera and MS Office.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Commercial Construction Administration, including experience in installation of Commercial Interiors Budgeting Scheduling.
• Proven ability to implement Contract Administration, conduct site meetings and deal with the contractors, a must.
• Ability to communicate in Arabic desirable.



3. Field Supervisor:


• Professional Degree in Construction I Engineering / Architecture I related field.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD' Primavera and MS Office.
• Must be able to follow Project Controls' tools: Budgeting, Scheduling, etc.
• Minimum 5 years of on site supervision experience in Commercial Construction, including experience in installation of Commercial Interiors.
•Proven ability to inspect daily site activities, implement Contracts, conduct site meetings and deal with the contractors, a must.
• Ability to communicate in Arabic a must.



4. Procurement Agent:


• Professional degree in Construction I Engineering / Architecture.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office Applications.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Construction Procurement, including experience in installation of commercial interiors.
• Proven ability to locate, negotiate, and prepare purchase orders, bill of Leading, related documentations for the specified building and Interior Finish Products.
• Prepare l get prepared Mock presentations of Materials involved.
• Ability to communicate in Arabic a must.
