A prestigious Civil Work & Telecommunication company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is looking for the following positions

SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR / ESTIMATOR

Requirements

• Ability to formulate BoQ’s & schedule of Rates from scratch.
• Experience of the Estimating process for customer RFQ’s.
• Technical Support to Project Manage Contract, Procurement and Site Personnel.
• Responsible for the preparation and updates of cost change/ variation orders.
• consistently involved in pricing, estimation, budgeting, cost control, project coordination and review of contractor’s payment certificates.
• Supervising preparation pre-construction documentation.
• Preparation of B0Q’s, cost estimates & claims.
• Interim and final account measurement - site measurement and drawing take off.
• Coordination with Accounts for invoicing.
• Pricing and rating variations and compensation events.
• Ensuring good quality and accurate records are kept.
• Maintenance of cost Information.
• Verification and agreement of Sundry Accounts.
• To assist in the production of Project Procurement Strategy Documentation.
• Excellent English communications skills in both written and oral formats.

Applicants must be:

• Male
• University degree (Minimum of 4 years) in Civil Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 5 years Professional experience.
o Knowledge of FIDIC and method of measurements, Computer skills and Communication Skitis in English language (Read, Write and Speak).
• Age: 35+.

Preferences:

• Applications preferred from candidates with eith& GSMI Telecommunication background although candidates with construction of Steel frame buildings will also be considered.
• Applications from candidates with KSA or Middle Eastern experience will be preferred.
